We’re looking for a creative, social-first social media manager and content editor/producer to join the Can I Be Candid team/Perrie Sian team.

You’ll work across Can I Be Candid, Perrie Sian, and the Perrie & Ricci couple's joint channels, helping us create funny, fast, and genuinely scroll-stopping content.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Lives and breathes social media
  • Has great ideas and knows how to bring them to life
  • Can confidently film and edit engaging short-form content including trends, vlogs, etc.
  • Understands how to launch, grow and sustain various social channels, including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
  • Can create and adapt weekly/monthly social media plans, adapting daily
  • Can run social media analysis and monthly reports
  • Spots trends & reacts quickly
  • Is comfortable working across podcast recordings, shoots, and events in a very fast-paced environment
  • Is proactive, organised, and happy working independently
  • Understands humour, pop culture, tone, and audience
