Social Media Manager - Retail Brand
London area | Salary - £40k - £60k
This is a genuinely hands-on social role for someone who understands premium brands, culture, and social media instinctively. You will take ownership of the day-to-day social presence, developing and executing content that builds awareness, grows an engaged community, and reflects the quality, heritage, and personality of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the social media content plan in line with the wider Marketing and campaign calendar.
- Own the day-to-day management of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Develop engaging content across grid posts, Reels, Stories, and other relevant formats.
- Plan and deliver campaign-led content alongside a strong programme of evergreen content.
- Create content around key cultural, seasonal, and calendar moments.
- Build and nurture a strong community across all relevant social platforms.
- Support the development of social-first collaborations and partnerships.
- Stay ahead of developments across social media, culture, and the wider digital landscape.

About You:
- Proven experience managing social media hands-on, ideally within jewellery, fashion, beauty, premium retail, hospitality, or another high-end consumer environment.
- Strong experience across Instagram and Facebook, alongside LinkedIn and Pinterest.
- Excellent understanding of current social trends, formats, creators, and emerging platforms.
- Strong content creation skills and confidence shooting content yourself.
