Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in the City of London. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and schedule content across key social platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and community growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Optimizing posts and campaigns for performance
- Monitoring analytics to refine approaches
- Writing and editing posts
- Collaborating with coaching and training staff to translate programs into compelling content
- Responding to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner

The role involves staying informed about platform trends, competitor activity, and best practices to ensure the academy’s social presence remains current and effective.
Qualifications
- Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to plan campaigns and improve reach and engagement.
- Solid Content Strategy and Writing skills to create clear, compelling, and audience-focused social content.
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and interact with the online community in a professional manner.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic performance reporting skills.
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple platforms and deadlines.
- Ideally, experience in coaching, education, personal development, or related fields, as well as prior experience managing brand accounts.
- Preferably, a relevant qualification or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a similar discipline.
