Third Space: Social Media Manager
Third Space is a collection of luxury health clubs in London; individual in style, bound by a common philosophy: to provide outstanding fitness spaces that members feel are their own. Our people are the creators that bring the space to life. We’re a team of motivators, inventors, and coaches; always striving to grow and evolve. It’s not just a job, it’s a lifestyle. We inspire our members to fulfil their lives and they rely on us…and we wouldn’t have it any other way. This is our space.
In May 2026, we welcomed members to our 15th club, Chelsea. Just off the iconic King's Road, Third Space Chelsea brings high-spec luxury training to the heart of SW3. As we look ahead, our ambition is to nearly double our estate over the next five years while continuing to elevate every aspect of the member experience. Social media will play a pivotal role in that journey, helping us tell the story of our brand, showcase our clubs and people, grow our community, and inspire future members to choose Third Space. To support this next phase of growth, we're looking for a Social Media Manager who can create standout content, shape our social strategy, and ensure our channels reflect the exceptional experience we're known for.
What You'll Do
- Own the social content calendar across Third Space and associated brands, leading content planning, creation, publishing and performance analysis.
- Create high-quality short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube, positioning Third Space as London's leading luxury wellness destination.
- Attend clubs, events, launches and content shoots to capture content in real time.
- Champion a content-first approach across the business, identifying opportunities to turn brand activity, member stories and expert knowledge into engaging social content.
- Build relationships with internal creators, including Personal Trainers and Group Exercise Instructors, helping develop a consistent pipeline of authentic content.
- Manage influencer and creator partnerships, ensuring content delivers both brand impact and commercial value.
- Drive audience growth, engagement and lead generation through a data-led, test-and-learn approach.
- Translate social and campaign performance into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
- Help shape our presence across emerging platforms and channels, including LinkedIn, Reddit and future opportunities within search and AI-driven discovery.
- Act as a guardian of the Third Space brand, ensuring all content reflects our premium positioning, visual standards and tone of voice.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
