We’re working exclusively with a brilliant creative agency to find a Social Media Manager who can do the full 360: plan it, shoot it, edit it, post it, optimise it… and then go again.
You’ll own social across a portfolio of clients, creating a high volume of content that’s built to perform, not just look pretty.
It’s fast-paced, reactive, and properly hands-on. You’ll need to think like a creator, act like a strategist, and be comfortable jumping on trends, testing ideas, and pushing for better results every day.
What You’ll Be Doing
- ✔ Owning social delivery across multiple client accounts – from strategy through to execution and reporting

- ✔ Producing high volumes of social-first content and repurposing it across formats
- ✔ Testing constantly – hooks, formats, styles and ideas to see what lands
- ✔ Spotting trends early and turning them into content that fits each brand
- ✔ Collaborating with the wider team to develop ideas that actually perform
- ✔ Keeping up with platform updates, features and algorithm changes
- ✔ Sourcing and managing influencers and creators where needed
- ✔ Boosting top-performing content (paid social knowledge is a bonus, not essential)
- ✔ Monitoring performance daily and making real-time tweaks
- ✔ Managing communities – responding, engaging and building relationships
- ✔ Pulling together clear monthly reports and presenting back to clients

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
