We're the world's leading growth marketing agency. We work with some of the most ambitious companies globally across fintech, consumer apps, ecommerce, gaming and B2B - delivering full-funnel growth through strategy, media and creative under one roof.
Social is where most brands are judged first. We're looking for a Social Media Manager who can turn our clients' brands into feeds people actually want to follow - owning the day-to-day of organic social, building communities that compound and producing content that earns attention rather than buying it.
OUR CULTURE
- ⚡ Bias for Action: We launch, learn and iterate. Waiting for "perfect" is not our culture
- 🎯 Relentlessly Data-Driven: Every decision is grounded in data. We measure everything
- 🌍 Global by Default: We think globally and operate at the cutting edge of every market
- 🤖 AI-Native: We are building the first truly AI-native growth agency
- 🏆 Excellence Only: Our clients are the world's most ambitious companies. Our output matches.
THE ROLE
You own organic social for a portfolio of our clients. The content calendar, the community, the channel strategy, the reporting - the day-to-day craft of showing up well in the feed.
You'll work closely with the Creative Strategists, the Social Content Producer, designers and editors to take an idea from insight to posted, and with the Account team to make sure what we publish ladders back to what the client is actually trying to achieve. This is a hands-on role: you'll be in the platforms every day, writing captions, briefing edits, replying to comments and watching what performs.
This is a role for someone early in their career who is genuinely native to social - you understand why something works in the feed, you're across formats before they're mainstream, and you take real pride in the craft of a well-made post.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Content & Calendar
- Own the content calendar across your clients' organic channels - planning, scheduling and publishing across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube Shorts and emerging platforms.
- Write copy and captions in each client's voice - short, sharp and native to the platform rather than repurposed from elsewhere.
- Brief and collaborate with designers, editors and producers to get assets made - clear briefs, tight feedback, delivered on time.
- Own publishing quality control: correct formats, aspect ratios, captions, alt text, links and tags, every time.
Community & Engagement
- Own community management across your clients' channels - replying, moderating and building genuine relationships in the comments and DMs.
- Spot and escalate anything sensitive quickly, with judgement about tone and when to involve the client.
- Identify and build relationships with creators, commenters and community members worth working with.
- Surface what the community is telling us - the questions, complaints and language real customers use - back into strategy and creative.
Channel Strategy & Growth
- Build and maintain each client's organic channel strategy: what we post, where, how often and why.
- Stay ahead of platform changes, formats and trends - and translate them into concrete recommendations rather than trend decks.
- Run structured tests on format, hook, length and posting cadence, and build on what works.
- Partner with the paid media team to identify organic content worth putting budget behind.
Reporting & Insight
- Own weekly and monthly organic social reporting - reach, engagement, follower growth, saves, shares and what actually drove them.
- Build reporting that explains performance rather than just listing numbers, with clear recommendations for the next cycle.
- Track competitor and category activity so clients know how they're performing in context.
AI & Ways of Working
- Use AI tools daily across research, ideation, copy variants, editing and reporting - we expect leverage, not shortcuts.
- Keep our social tooling and asset libraries organised so anyone can pick up a client and know where things are.
- Document what works into playbooks the rest of the team can use.
