About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Manager to support our UK-owned social media channels and marketing campaigns. In this role, you will help plan and execute engaging social content, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure campaigns are delivered seamlessly from planning to launch. You will work closely with Marketing, Creative, Creator, Commercial, and Agency teams to drive brand awareness, community engagement, and campaign performance across major social media platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of owned social media campaigns across key marketing moments.
  • Manage social media content calendars, publishing schedules, and campaign timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, creators, agencies, and designers to deliver high-quality content on time.
  • Assist in developing and localising social media content for campaigns, product launches, and seasonal events.
  • Monitor content performance, track key metrics, and prepare campaign reports with actionable insights.
  • Manage marketing assets and ensure timely delivery of campaign materials.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, platform features, and competitor activities to identify content opportunities.
  • Support day-to-day social media operations and cross-functional project coordination.

  • 2–5 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, content marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok and major social media platforms.
  • Proven experience managing social media campaigns and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with creators, agencies, or influencer marketing is preferred.
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking campaign performance and translating insights into recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; experience with social media management or analytics tools is a plus.
