Role Description
The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Liverpool Area. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to build brand awareness and support marketing objectives. Day-to-day tasks include:

The Social Media Manager will:
- Monitor performance metrics
- Analyze audience behavior
- Adjust strategies to improve results
This role also involves:
- Community management
- Responding to messages and comments
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders
- Staying current on social media trends and guidelines relevant to the CBD and wellness industry
Qualifications
- Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand presence across multiple platforms.
- Ability to develop and execute effective Content Strategy tailored to digital audiences and brand objectives.
- Excellent Writing and Communication skills, including clear, audience-appropriate messaging and tone consistency.
- Experience using social media analytics tools and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Knowledge of the wellness or CBD industry, including regulatory and platform compliance considerations, is an advantage.
- Proficiency with content scheduling and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Relevant education or training in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
