Role Description

The Social Media Manager role at Nova Connects is a contract, on-site position based in London. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish content across social platforms, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.

The role also involves collaborating closely with marketing, design, and content teams to align social media activities with broader marketing objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Social Media Marketing skills, including experience managing brand accounts and campaigns across major platforms.
  • Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, engage audiences, and handle community interactions professionally.
  • Content Strategy and Writing skills to plan, create, and adapt content for different platforms and audiences.
  • Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, including knowledge of best practices, analytics tools, and performance tracking.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing fundamentals, including basic understanding of paid social, SEO, and branding.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines in an on-site environment.
  • Experience using social media management and analytics tools; prior work in an agency or multi-client setting is beneficial.
  • Relevant education or training in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
