An exciting and fast-growing live events and entertainment business is looking for a Social Media Manager to take ownership of the digital presence across a portfolio of major UK seasonal events. From large-scale summer festivals and outdoor concerts to immersive winter experiences, you'll play a key role in shaping how audiences discover, engage with, and experience these unforgettable events.
Your New Role
As Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing engaging social media content strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X and LinkedIn. You'll manage content planning, creation and scheduling, ensuring campaigns align with ticket launches, key announcements and live event activity.
- Capture and coordinate compelling content from live event days
- Work closely with creative and media teams
- Manage online communities
- Build relationships with influencers, creators and brand partners
- Collaborate with paid social specialists to support ticket sales and event awareness campaigns
- Use analytics and audience insights to continuously improve performance

What You Need to Succeed
- Proven experience managing social media channels for consumer, entertainment, events, hospitality or lifestyle brands.
- Strong content creation, copywriting and storytelling skills across multiple platforms.
- Experience creating engaging short-form video content and working with user-generated content.
- Excellent community management skills and confidence adapting tone of voice for different audiences.
- Experience working with influencers, creators or brand partnerships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media performance data and turn insights into action.
- Comfortable attending live events and capturing real-time content in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organised with strong project management and content planning skills.
