About the Role

We’re working with a fast-growing B2B SaaS company that helps organisations turn their employees, executives and subject-matter experts into trusted voices on social media.

The company works with major global brands to increase reach, build trust and influence buyers through employee advocacy and executive influence.

They are now looking for a Social Media Lead to own the company’s social presence and, critically, the personal presence of its founder and senior executives.

This is not a scheduling-and-posting role.

You’ll be responsible for turning social attention into trust, relationships and ultimately qualified pipeline.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the social media strategy across company and executive channels.
  • Build and run an executive and founder influence programme.
  • Develop and protect authentic executive voices while maintaining appropriate governance.
  • Identify conversations, audiences and target accounts where executive engagement can create commercial opportunities.
  • Manage and mentor a Marketing Executive supporting research, content creation, production and publishing.
  • Turn podcasts, research, case studies and campaigns into high-performing social content.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, PR and Events to connect social activity with wider go-to-market objectives.
  • Use AI to support research, drafting, repurposing and reporting, while maintaining strong human oversight.
  • Measure success through engaged reach, inbound opportunities, influenced pipeline and relationships with target accounts rather than simply follower growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
