They're growing their digital team and looking for an organised, proactive Social Media Manager to bring structure and momentum to client social programmes. You'll turn client priorities into clear, joined-up plans, keep editorial calendars running smoothly, and guide content from first idea through approval to publication. You'll work closely with clients, creative, strategy and paid teams, and you'll have the autonomy to spot what needs to happen next and make it happen.
What You'll Bring
You'll be a great fit if you have:


Get help with your application

- 4+ years' experience in social media or digital comms, agency or in-house
- Pharma or healthcare experience, including MLR or compliance review workflows. THIS IS A MUST HAVE.
- A talent for juggling multiple stakeholders, deadlines and priorities with calm and clarity
- A sharp eye for detail and confidence across the major social platforms
- Bonus: experience with Sprinklr or Hootsuite
