About Loveday

Loveday is the UK’s only senior living Members Club, delivering exceptional hospitality alongside specialist nursing expertise across its distinguished Residences in Belgravia, Kensington and Abbey Road.

The 1150 Club is Loveday’s specialist post-operative rehabilitation offering, combining expert rehabilitation, personalised support and exceptional hospitality.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to lead the digital presence of both Loveday and The 1150 Club.

This is a hands-on role with significant ownership of paid social. You will own the social strategy across both brands, from content and campaign development through to audience targeting, lead generation, optimisation and reporting.

You will have proven experience managing paid social campaigns and budgets, particularly across Meta, and understand how to use audience segmentation, retargeting and performance data to generate qualified leads and improve return on investment.

Alongside paid social, you will lead the organic content strategy, oversee photography and video production, manage social channels and ensure both brands maintain a distinctive and elevated digital presence.

This role is suited to someone already operating at a senior level. It is not a junior or purely content-focused social media position.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
