Hey, I’m Timo.
I’m a serial entrepreneur, investor and author. I built and sold Fanbytes for a multi eight figure sum at 27, I’m the author of the Sunday Times bestselling book What’s Stopping You?, and over the last few years I’ve built an audience of more than 750,000 people across social media.
We have access to an unusual network of billionaires, centimillionaires, entrepreneurs, investors and well known people, and we are going to use that access to create media that very few teams can make. We are developing new shows for YouTube and social, alongside ideas that can eventually become television formats with a global audience.
Social media is the core distribution engine for all of this. Great shows mean very little if nobody sees them, so this role sits at the centre of how our ideas reach millions of people. We are looking for somebody exceptional who can own the day to day social machine and make sure the best work gets packaged, published and learned from properly.
SOCIAL CALENDAR & POSTING
What you’ll be doing:
- Own the weekly and monthly social calendar across key platforms and keep content moving consistently.
What qualities you need:
- Strong organisation and the ability to work independently
- Make decisions quickly and keep multiple pieces of content moving without needing constant management
WRITTEN COMMUNICATION
What you’ll be doing:
- Write the copy and scripts for our carousels, LinkedIn and email content, while helping package ideas so they earn attention.
What qualities you need:
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Ideally you have worked in a role where writing social copy was an important part of your job and you understand hooks, packaging and structure.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

DESIGN AND VIDEO CONTENT
What you’ll be doing:
- Design carousels for Instagram and handle basic editing for short form content so ideas can move from concept to published post quickly.
What qualities you need:
- You should have solid basic editing skills and strong design ability in Canva or another design platform.
BONUS: CONTENT AUTOMATION
What you’ll be doing:
- Use Claude and other AI tools to scale our content and make the team faster without lowering the quality of the work.
What qualities you need:
- You already use AI in your own workflow and have experience building or improving content systems with it.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE AFTER 30 DAYS
- A consistent and reliable publishing schedule with weeks of content already written and planned.
- A content feedback loop where we learn from the data and use the best performing content to improve future work.
- Repeatable and recognisable formats that start to become part of our brand.
WHAT WE WANT YOU TO HAVE DONE BEFORE
- Built a track record of growing social accounts through consistent execution.
- Worked with video content and understand what performs on social.
- Operated in a fast paced environment without needing hand holding.
THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF
- You are a bad writer and do not care deeply about how ideas are packaged.
- You do not use Claude or other AI tools to automate and scale your work.
- You are disorganised or need somebody else to manage every part of your day. This is an entrepreneurial role and there will not be much babysitting.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE LONGER TERM
- We grow from an audience of hundreds of thousands into millions of followers and viewers around the world.
- Our best content becomes recognisable before people even see the account name because the formats and packaging are that distinct.
- Social becomes a reliable distribution machine for our YouTube shows, media formats, newsletter, products and future television ideas.
- You become the person who can look at a great idea and instinctively know how to package and distribute it across every platform.
PERKS
- £40,000 base plus bonuses and profit share: You will earn a £40,000 base salary, with bonuses for strong performance and profit share so that you participate directly in the upside of what we build.
- Free international travel: You will have opportunities to travel internationally with the team for events, conferences, shoots and other projects, with company travel covered.
- An incredible network: You will get access to and build relationships with billionaires, centimillionaires, founders, investors and some of the most successful entrepreneurs in the UK.
- Your first investor: My goal is that we work exceptionally hard together for two or three years, you build an incredible skill set and network, and if you eventually decide to build your own company, I want to be one of the first people you call and, if it makes sense, your first investor.
