Job Title: Social Media Manager

Department: Marketing & Creative

Reports To: Creative Director

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

The Social Media Manager owns the day-to-day management and creative output of the DUKE + DEXTER social channels - primarily Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Crucially, this is not solely a channel-management role. The core of the job is creating social-first content that performs across both organic and paid social. They will be hands-on from idea to final edit, producing UGC-driven content that shows product in detail, demonstrates how it can be styled, and gives an authentic view inside the brand.

The ideal candidate has exceptional taste and content skills, lives and breathes social, and can turn any product, person, or moment into a compelling short-form story - without losing D+D's identity.

Key Responsibilities

Social-First Content Creation

  • Personally concept, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality short-form video and still content.
  • Create native content for Reels, TikTok, Stories, and YouTube Shorts, tailoring each edit by channel.
  • Create teasers, launch content, and follow-up assets for every new product drop.
  • Use strong hooks, pacing, captions, sound, and storytelling to improve engagement.
  • Direct colleagues, models, & creators. And appear on camera when it strengthens the idea.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
