Role Description
This is a full-time Social Media Manager role based in Chippenham with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and schedule content across social media platforms, ensuring it aligns with the brand voice and resonates with golf audiences. Responsibilities include:

The role also involves:
- Developing and implementing social media strategies
- Analyzing channel metrics
- Preparing performance reports
- Collaborating closely with video production, creative, and leadership teams to deliver consistent, high-impact content
The Social Media Manager will stay current with platform trends, best practices, and emerging formats to help drive growth across all Fore Bros channels.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to grow and manage channels effectively.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Writing skills for clear, engaging copy and audience interaction.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to plan, organize, and tailor content to different platforms and audiences.
- Experience managing brand or creator accounts on platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and X is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media metrics and adjust strategies based on performance data.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, balancing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Interest in or knowledge of golf content and digital entertainment is a plus.
- Relevant experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation; formal education in marketing, communications, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
