Volunteer for a startup democratizing funding and expertise for women entrepreneurs! 🚀👩🏾 💼

VUKARA empowers women entrepreneurs from the Global Majority by combining crowdfunding and crowdsourcing support to bridge the global capital and resource gap.

Global funding landscapes remain deeply unequal, systematically excluding women entrepreneurs from the Global Majority—who represent 85% of the world's population. While running out of cash is the leading cause of startup failure, women-led businesses receive less than 2% of global venture capital. In regions like Sub-Saharan Africa, up to 90% of small businesses fail within five years due to a lack of early-stage growth capital, traditional lending models that demand collateral many women do not own, and institutional biases that cut founders off from essential professional networks.

VUKARA levels the playing field by integrating crowdfunding and crowdsourcing into a single digital platform and community network. Built on the principle that "time is money," the platform allows Global Majority women entrepreneurs to raise vital financial funding alongside high-impact volunteer hours from skilled professionals worldwide. By democratizing access to both investment capital and specialized human talent, VUKARA dismantles systemic funding barriers, equips founders with the strategic support needed to scale, and turns entrepreneurial potential into lasting economic independence.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Build a content engine from scratch and iterate based on real engagement.
