Social Media Manager
This is a voluntary (unpaid role). The Social Media Manager is a part-time, remote role, responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing EFF’s social media presence across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and YouTube. This role involves creating and scheduling engaging content, managing posts, moderation, and ensuring consistent branding and messaging aligned with festival goals.
About Evolve Film Festival (EFF)
Evolve Film Festival (EFF) is a global youth short film festival dedicated to inspiring creators under 20 to make their first films, to make better films, and showcase the work of more established young filmmakers. In Reading and Goring & Streatley, EFF offers free, volunteer-led workshops covering scriptwriting, story and character development, camerawork, sound, and editing, creating a supportive environment for young creatives.

- Ability to develop and implement effective Social Media Marketing strategies.
- Strong writing and content strategy skills to create clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate posts.
- Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with volunteers, partners, and young filmmakers.
- Experience managing social media accounts for events, arts, or nonprofits.
- Comfort with basic analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and adjust campaigns.
- Interest in film, youth arts, or creative education; prior festival or community outreach experience is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a volunteer-led environment.
