Social Media Manager (Beauty & TikTok Focus)
Location: Warrington
About the Role
We're looking for a creative, trend-obsessed Social Media Manager to join our growing beauty marketing agency. You'll lead organic social strategies for beauty brands with a strong focus on TikTok, creating content that drives engagement, grows communities, and delivers real commercial results.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage social media strategies for multiple beauty clients.
- Create engaging TikTok-first content, including filming, editing, and publishing.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Monitor TikTok trends, sounds, creators, and viral moments.
- Manage TikTok Shop campaigns and product launches.
- Coordinate influencer and creator collaborations.
- Produce TikTok LIVE content and support live shopping events.
- Write engaging captions and optimise content for each platform.
- Monitor performance using TikTok Analytics, Meta Insights, and Google Analytics.
- Report on KPIs including reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions.
- Work closely with designers, videographers, and account managers to deliver campaigns.
- Stay up to date with platform updates and emerging beauty trends.

Requirements
- 2+ years' experience managing social media for beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
- Excellent knowledge of TikTok and Instagram algorithms.
- Experience with TikTok Shop is highly desirable.
- Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar.
- Confident creating content both behind and in front of the camera.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Experience working with influencers and UGC creators.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts.
- Data-driven mindset with experience reporting on campaign performance.
