Role Description

The Social Media Manager will manage and grow Painless Touch Care’s presence across major social media platforms, aligning content with the company’s mission in digital health and healthcare technology. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Planning and executing social media campaigns
  • Creating and scheduling posts
  • Optimizing content for reach and engagement
  • Monitoring performance metrics
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate product updates, health technology initiatives, and brand messaging into engaging social content
  • Responding to comments and messages in a professional and timely manner
  • Researching trends in digital health, telehealth, and healthcare platforms to inform content strategy and ensure consistent brand voice

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Cardiff Area.

Qualifications

  • Strong social media marketing and social media optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand accounts across multiple platforms.
  • Ability to develop and execute content strategy, including campaign planning and audience targeting for healthcare or technology brands.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and accessible content for diverse audiences.
  • Experience using social media analytics tools to track performance, generate insights, and optimize campaigns.
  • Familiarity with digital health, healthcare technology, or health-related services is highly beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Relevant education or training in marketing, communications, media, or a related field is an advantage.
