We're working with a fantastic luxury senior living group who are looking for a Social Media Manager to join their growing marketing team. This is a brilliant opportunity for a commercially focused social media professional who wants to take ownership of the strategy, manage paid campaigns and, most importantly, drive leads and enquiries through social media. You'll be working as part of a marketing team alongside the Head of Marketing and Marketing Manager, with responsibility for the social media strategy across the group and its individual residences. This is a strategy-led role with real ownership. The focus is not simply on followers and engagement, the goal is to create social activity that generates genuine enquiries and leads for the business.

You Will
- Lead the overall social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Manage daily content, scheduling and social media activity
- Create content plans for individual residences and larger campaigns
- Work closely with Sales Managers to create content that supports each residence
- Manage paid social campaigns and budgets across Meta
- Drive lead generation through both organic and paid social
- Monitor performance, analyse results and optimise campaigns
- Manage agencies and external creative partners
- Support content creation for key campaigns
- Ensure the brand, tone of voice and visual identity are consistently represented

What We're Looking For
- Strong in social media strategy and execution
- Commercially minded and genuinely understands lead generation
- Experienced managing paid social campaigns and budgets
- Confident across Meta, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Able to use data and performance to shape social strategy
- Salesforce experience would be a bonus, but is not essential
