Job Description

An award-winning communications and production agency providing communications, content and partnership solutions to some of the biggest talent, brands and rights holders in sport.

The agency specialises in connecting sport with popular culture and breaking their clients out of their sports and into the mainstream consciousness and work with a range of talent in boxing, golf, football and darts as well as with rights holders and brands.

The role will see you creating, editing, delivering and managing high-quality social-first content across the client portfolio. Working closely with account teams, clients and talent, the role will lead the production of short-form content designed to drive engagement across Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, YouTube and emerging platforms as well as working within the social team to manage the execution of client campaigns. The role will support a diverse range of clients helping to bring campaigns, events and partnerships to life through compelling content.

The agency is based in Central London and in the office 3 days a week.

Experience Required:

  • 5 years experience in a professional environment combined with:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience using CapCut and mobile-first editing tools.
  • Basic motion graphics and animation capability desirable.
  • Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting and audio capture.
  • Experience creating content natively for social platforms.
  • Have a working understanding of the latest generative AI tools and their applications across the production workflow, such as Seedance
  • Excellent storytelling instincts and understanding of social media trends and culture.
