About Rebound Recovery
Rebound Recovery is a premium food supplement brand created by Registered Nutritional Therapists to support recovery before and after nights out, social events, festivals, celebrations and busy lifestyles.
Each pack contains 46 high-quality natural nutrients, amino acids and botanicals designed to support energy, cognition, immunity, mood, sleep and the body’s natural recovery processes.
The Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager & Copywriter to help grow Rebound across social, email and paid channels.
You’ll be responsible for creating engaging content, building our community, writing compelling copy and supporting campaigns that raise awareness and generate sales.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in West London, with a mix of office collaboration and flexible working from home.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media
- Support Planning and managing content calendars across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok (if possible)
- Write engaging, on-brand copy for posts, reels, stories and campaigns.
- Schedule content, manage community engagement and analyse performance.
Email Marketing (Klaviyo)
- Help plan and write email campaigns and keep flows optimised
- Manage segmentation, scheduling and A/B testing.
- Review performance and optimise future campaigns.
Paid Social (Meta)
- Run the Meta ads portal end to end - campaign builds, full-funnel targeting and audience angles, copy, scheduling and performance monitoring, using AI tools to speed up testing and optimisation

Events & Brand
- Support promotional activity and attend events to help create content and build community.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in marketing, social media and content roles.
- Strong experience managing Instagram and Facebook accounts and growing engagement.
- Confident using Klaviyo for email marketing.
- Experience running Meta Ads campaigns.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt to a brand voice.
- Creative, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced growing brand.
