About The Opportunity

This is an incredible opportunity to shape the global voice of a beloved lifestyle brand. You will be the creative force driving our social media presence, transforming trends into engaging content that captivates audiences worldwide. Your expertise will directly influence brand recognition, engagement, and the overall digital footprint of a company redefining the lifestyle dining space. What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage day-to-day social media operations across key channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn).
  • Create, capture, and edit high-quality content using an iPhone – including Reels, Stories, and TikTok videos – that align with the brand’s visual and tonal identity.
  • Develop and maintain a daily/weekly/monthly content calendar to ensure consistent, optimized posting schedules across platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with our in-house design team, content agencies, and freelance photographers/videographers to produce elevated visual storytelling.
  • Monitor and respond to comments and DMs, maintaining the brand’s distinct tone of voice.
  • Stay on top of platform trends, tools, and algorithm updates to ensure best-in-class execution.
  • Plan and execute paid Instagram adverts in alignment with global marketing objectives.
  • Analyze performance metrics and deliver regular reports on KPIs, growth trends, and actionable insights, including bi-weekly social media reports.
  • Support campaign roll-outs globally across different social channels.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a social media role, ideally in hospitality, retail, food or large/well-known lifestyle brands.
  • Exceptional creative and storytelling skills with a proven ability to generate thumb-stopping content.
  • Skilled in mobile content creation, UGC and video editing apps (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Adobe Rush, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories, and social-first visual formats.
  • Strong knowledge of platform-specific analytics, insights, and paid ad manager tools.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline driven.
  • Passionate about global trends, pop culture, design, and hospitality.
  • A natural brand ambassador who thrives in fast-paced, highly visual environments.
