We’re working with a premium/luxury consumer brand that is looking for a creative, commercially minded Social Media Manager to join its growing team in London.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how to build premium brands through social media, whilst also using social channels to drive measurable engagement, customer acquisition and ecommerce growth.
We’re particularly interested in candidates who have worked for luxury or premium brands within Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Fashion, Lifestyle or other high-end consumer sectors.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of the brand’s social media presence across key channels, with a particular focus on TikTok, Instagram, paid social and social commerce. You’ll be responsible for developing engaging, platform-specific content while ensuring the brand’s premium positioning and visual identity remain consistent.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing social media strategies across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
- Taking ownership of TikTok, developing content designed specifically for the platform and growing audience, engagement and commercial performance.
- Managing and developing TikTok Shop, including products, promotions, campaigns and content.
- Creating and managing paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok, including targeting, budgets, creative testing and optimisation.
- Working with creators, influencers, affiliates and UGC to increase reach and commercial performance.
- Developing social-first creative rather than simply repurposing content across platforms.
- Growing social audiences, engagement, website traffic and ultimately ecommerce revenue.
- Monitoring performance across metrics including ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversion, revenue, reach and engagement.
- Identifying emerging social trends and finding ways to utilise them without compromising a premium/luxury brand identity.
- Supporting social media activity across international markets, including the UK, North America and the Middle East.
- Working closely with senior marketing and ecommerce stakeholders to ensure social activity supports wider commercial objectives.
- Supporting the development of a separate premium cultural/art collection, creating high-quality storytelling around art, heritage, craftsmanship and design.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

What’s Important
This is not simply a content calendar/social posting role. The successful candidate will be someone who can combine creativity, premium brand judgement and commercial thinking — someone who understands both what looks good and what actually drives results.
You’ll need to be able to demonstrate the impact of your work, whether that’s through audience growth, engagement, traffic, paid media performance, customer acquisition or ecommerce revenue.
Application Requirement
Strong professional TikTok experience is essential. Candidates will need to provide examples of TikTok accounts or campaigns they have personally managed, including their responsibilities and, where possible, measurable results.
