We help challenger brands fight smarter, think sharper, and win bigger. We build experienced fractional teams that slot in like puzzle pieces, bringing the right expertise and energy exactly when a brand needs it. We're not a typical agency or a one-person show. We're a team of specialists across the whole marketing mix, from brand strategy and social to performance and web development, and we've worked on more than 100 brands. All that shared experience is what keeps our ideas sharp.
In four years we've grown from two people to more than 20, with case studies we're proud of and a reputation that keeps building. We work with established challengers like Tony's Chocolonely and fast-growing startups like Seep, across FMCG, Beauty, Luxury, Film and beyond. The briefs are varied, covering customer insight, brand strategy, campaign planning and comms. If you want to work on brands with something to prove, alongside people who love doing it, you'll fit right in.
We’re now looking for a Social Media Manager to join the team.
You will...
- Lead social for exciting startup and scale-up brands, mostly in F&B and consumer goods, with some lifestyle and luxury
- Act as each brand's in-house Social Media Manager on a fractional basis, usually 1–2 days a week per brand
- Get real impact and commercial results from social for several brands at once
- Grow social accounts hands-on, creating video and static content across platforms
- Set the strategy behind the creative work, not just manage calendars or chase trends
- Push founders to change course when their social approach isn't working
- Advise brands on influencer and affiliate marketing
- Adapt to each brand's setup: Owning social end to end when a brand has no other support, Brief and manage designers, influencers and boosting budgets when a brand already has them in place
- Help train the next generation of social talent, likely with direct and indirect reports as the team grows

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
