About Naru Zanzibar

Naru Zanzibar is a fast-growing luxury group travel experience based in Zanzibar, Tanzania. We curate immersive, high-touch travel experiences for a discerning global audience and are building a brand that is as compelling online as it is on the ground. We are looking for a creative, organised, and socially savvy Social Media Coordinator to own our digital presence and bring Naru Zanzibar to life across our channels.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who lives and breathes social media. You will own the day-to-day management of Naru Zanzibar's social channels, coordinate content production with our creative and ground teams, and ensure our platforms consistently reflect the quality and energy of the brand. The ideal candidate is a natural storyteller, trend-aware, and highly organised, someone who can move fast, write compelling copy, and coordinate multiple creators and contributors without dropping the ball.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
