Job Title
We’re looking for an energetic, confident Social Media Manager with great communication skills; who already has agency experience and wants to build a real career in marketing.
Job Summary
This is not a basic posting role!
Your work will play a key part in wider client strategies, and you’ll have the opportunity to grow into a bigger position within a full-service agency.
Requirements
You must have:
- Be based in or near Milton Keynes
- Confidence in your abilities and be able to lead conversations to get the right outcomes
- At least 2 years’ practical experience in a marketing agency (not a must)
- Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Strong video and image editing skills using tools like Canva, CapCut, and similar
- The ability to manage client accounts confidently, or be close to doing so
- Hands-on experience managing paid Meta ads (not a must)

Job Details
Role
- Part-time or full-time
- Initially hybrid (you will be required to attend the office Thursdays and Fridays with Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays being home based unless advised otherwise)
- Becomes full-time office based in Milton Keynes following successful 3-month probation (probation may be shorter for a strong candidate)
- Full-time hours are 09:00–17:00 (start times are flexible so long as no later than 09:00 and full day’s hours are completed)
- Part-time hours are negotiable
Expectations
By the end of probation, we’d expect you to be handling your responsibilities confidently, communicating with clients directly, and delivering strong paid and organic social media work without assistance.
This role offers a clear progression path: Assistant Social Media Manager → Account Manager → Head of Social.

Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: £28,000.00 per year + generous commission structure (details upon first interview)
- Free on-site parking
- Location: Milton Keynes MK14: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
- Experience: Marketing: minimum 2 years (required)
- License: Driving Licence (required)
- Work Location: In person (hybrid initially)
