This is a hands-on role combining original content creation, social media management and genuine paid advertising experience. You’ll create new content and transform our extensive archive of imagery and video into engaging, platform-specific work that feels polished, relevant and distinctly My Trousseau.

You’ll work from an established brand and marketing strategy while bringing your own creativity, initiative and fresh ideas to the role.

What you’ll be doing

  • Create original content from concept to completion, including filming, photography and editing for social media
  • Transform existing creative assets into engaging content, including Reels, short-form videos, stills, carousels, Stories and simple infographics
  • Plan and support content shoots, developing ideas, shot lists and platform-specific concepts
  • Edit and adapt new and existing content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest
  • Plan, schedule and publish content across our key social channels
  • Develop, launch and optimise paid social campaigns designed to generate qualified bridal leads
  • Monitor campaign performance and use insights to improve creative, targeting and results
  • Repurpose our extensive archive of high-quality content in fresh and imaginative ways
  • Propose new content ideas, formats and campaign concepts
  • Maintain a consistent, elevated brand identity across every platform
  • Support the continued growth of our organic and paid social presence

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Working arrangement

This is an initial part-time, three-month opportunity, with the potential to develop into a longer-term working relationship. There may also be opportunities to work with our new luxury fashion sister brand.

The role offers the flexibility to work remotely, combined with in-person content days, shoots and occasional meetings in London. However, we don’t want location to prevent an exceptional candidate from applying. If your experience and creative approach strongly align with the role but travelling to London is not always possible, we would still be interested in hearing from you.

How to apply

Please send us:

  • A short introduction telling us about your relevant experience
  • Examples of original social content you have filmed, created or edited
  • Examples of paid social campaigns you have managed, including results where possible
  • Your cv/portfolio or links to relevant social accounts
  • Your location and availability for London-based work
  • Your availability and preferred working arrangement
  • Your day rate or monthly fee

We’re particularly interested in meeting someone who combines a refined visual eye with the technical skills to turn beautiful content into measurable results.
