Role Description

This role is focused on managing and expanding the digital presence of a diverse creator roster and brand channels across leading social platforms. The Social Media Manager will drive organic growth strategies, optimize content delivery, and collaborate directly with creators to maximize reach and engagement. The position requires a proactive approach to trend identification, content ideation, and the implementation of best practices for channel setup, scheduling, and asset optimization. The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced entertainment or creator-driven environments and demonstrate a strong command of analytics, reporting, and digital tools.

Deliverables

  • Develop and execute organic growth strategies for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, X, and Threads
  • Identify emerging trends and translate them into actionable content ideas
  • Optimize channel setup, posting schedules, titles, and thumbnails for maximum engagement
  • Manage publishing calendars and coordinate sponsored content delivery
  • Review assets for quality, compliance, tagging, disclosures, and brand safety
  • Support community engagement and cross-promotion initiatives
  • Track campaign performance, analyze data, and generate reports for brand partners
  • Utilize AI workflows and analytics to refine content and improve results

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing social media for creators, entertainment, or digital brands
  • Strong understanding of short-form video platforms and their analytics
  • Proficiency with editing and design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
  • Experience using social management suites (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite)
  • Ability to interpret performance data and produce actionable insights
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with brand safety, disclosure, and compliance standards
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with creators
  • Availability to respond quickly to trends and urgent publishing needs
