Are you a social media-savvy marketing maverick ready to make a massive impact? I am currently partnering with a Health and Wellness Brand to find a dynamic and proactive Social Media Manager who loves turning creative ideas into culturally relevant campaigns.
Role Details
- Salary: GBP 168-GBP 252 per day
- Hours: 37.5 hours a week
- Location: Hybrid working; 2 days a week from the office in London
- Contract: 6-month contract. An extension to the contract is highly likely
Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the deployment of through-the-line brand activations and marketing campaigns, collaborating with internal teams to drive relevance, awareness, and engagement.
- Own the brand's digital presence by creating and curating a locally relevant content calendar for social channels like TikTok and Instagram. You will also manage the local social content creative agency and foster a strong community through strategic community management.
- Lead relationships with key agency partners across social, media, PR, and field marketing. You will also source strategic influencer and brand collaborations to generate hype and maximize campaign impact.
- Drive media planning and investment deployment, define KPIs, and implement a test-and-learn agenda to achieve awareness goals while continuously tracking activation performance.
- Develop and oversee the brand's sampling plans utilizing a perfect city approach, which includes managing the budget, execution, and partner relationships to drive product trial effectively.
- Collaborate with the EMEA marketing team to align on digital brand-building initiatives and execute brand plans.

The Ideal Candidate
- Demonstrated experience leading integrated 360 campaigns across multiple channels such as creative, PR, influencer, social, partnerships, media, shopper, digital, and sampling.
- Proven experience in field marketing and sampling strategies, including successfully driving product trial initiatives and enhancing product visibility at retail locations.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills, comfortable operating in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
