At OneAgency, you won't just sit behind a desk posting content – you’ll have ownership of accounts, driving measurable commercial impact while bridging the gap between organic storytelling and targeted paid performance. We value big ideas, commercial curiosity, and candidates who naturally bring creative flair and proactive energy to every project.
Where you’ll work and how we support you
In May, we moved into our new home at Wensum Wharf – occupying The Stables, a bespoke, freshly renovated 7,000 sq ft riverfront building featuring Georgian character, scenic views right on the River Wensum, and a location just moments from the city centre and train station.
Designed as an inspiring home for creative minds, we offer high-spec working areas and indoor and outdoor breakout spaces for sunlit lunches, team catch ups, or creative brainstorming by the water.
We also offer a hybrid working model and a genuinely supportive culture where work-life balance is championed by our wellbeing team (organising everything from run clubs and barre classes to regular team socials). As a 50+ strong team seeing steady year-on-year growth, we give you the opportunity, and a clear path to elevate your career.

- Account management: handle daily account tasks, including proactive community engagement and outreach to maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Performance tracking: monitor account results and produce regular reports that clearly show performance and progress against client goals.
- Trend monitoring: identify trending topics and current affairs to ensure client content is timely, reactive, and relevant.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
