Social Media Manager - Ecommerce / D2C

London / Hybrid
£45,000 - £60,000 + Bonus

We’re partnering with a fast-growing consumer brand looking for a Global Social Media Manager to lead its organic social strategy and in-house content team.

You'll be responsible for shaping the brand’s presence across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, creating engaging, social-first campaigns that drive audience growth, engagement, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the global social media strategy
  • Manage and mentor an in-house content team
  • Drive channel growth and campaign performance
  • Support UK and US campaigns, influencers, and events
  • Own reporting, analytics, and competitor insights
  • Keep the business ahead of platform trends and updates

You’ll Need:

  • Experience managing social channels for an ecommerce, D2C, or consumer brand
  • Team leadership or mentoring experience
  • Strong platform and analytics knowledge
  • Excellent campaign management and collaboration skills
  • The ability to turn product and brand stories into engaging social content
