Mode is proud to be partnering with a global entertainment and lifestyle business seeking a Social Media Manager to help shape the future of one of the most exciting concepts in music retail.
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing business sitting at the intersection of music, culture, retail, live events, and digital communities. With an ambitious international expansion strategy, the business is transforming the traditional retail experience into immersive destinations where fans can discover exclusive merchandise, attend artist launches, experience live events, and become part of a thriving global community.
With stores already operating across major international cities and ambitious plans to grow significantly over the coming years, this is a rare opportunity to help build a global brand from the ground up.
We're looking for a creative, social-first marketer who understands how to build communities—not just audiences. This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about music, culture, and storytelling, with the vision to turn every store into its own media channel and every customer into a lifelong fan.
This is a hybrid role based in Central London (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home).

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
