If you’re a Social Media & Content Manager, this is the job you want to move to next!
We’re exclusively partnered with a fantastic health and wellness brand in the eCommerce space, who are looking for a creative and commercially minded Social Media & Content Manager to join their growing team.
Working closely with the wider marketing team, you’ll take the lead in planning, creating and delivering engaging content across their social channels. From product demonstrations and event coverage to behind-the-scenes footage, TikToks and Reels, they’re looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas, personality and energy to their content.
And they don't just want you behind the camera! They'd love someone who's confident getting in front of it too, becoming a familiar face across their social channels and bringing the brand and its products to life.
Having invested heavily in their marketing function in recent years, the business is now looking for someone who can take their social presence to the next level. You'll have the opportunity to shape social strategy, develop exciting campaigns and create content that not only looks great but delivers genuine engagement and commercial results.

What you'll be doing:
- Taking ownership of social media planning, strategy and day-to-day delivery across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.
- Creating, filming and editing engaging social-first content, including Reels, TikToks, Shorts and Stories.
- Getting in front of the camera to deliver product demonstrations, Q&As and engaging, personality-led content.
- Developing creative campaigns to support product launches, brand activity and wider marketing initiatives.
- Managing community engagement, building relationships with followers and identifying opportunities to grow the brand's audience.
- Working with influencers and content creators to coordinate collaborations and campaigns.
- Monitoring trends, platform developments and competitor activity to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Analysing performance and using insights to continually improve engagement, reach and commercial impact.
What we're looking for:
- You'll already have a strong background in social media and content creation, ideally with at least three years' experience in a consumer-facing brand.
- You'll know the ins and outs of social platforms, understand what makes content perform and have the confidence to bring your own ideas to the table.
- We're particularly keen to speak with people who:
- Love creating content and are confident filming, editing and appearing on camera.
- Have a strong understanding of social strategy, community engagement and influencer marketing.
- Can balance creativity with commercial thinking, using data to understand what's working and what could be better.
- Are proactive, full of ideas and comfortable taking ownership of social activity.
- Have excellent copywriting skills and understand how to adapt content for different audiences and platforms.
- Experience within health, wellness or nutrition would be a bonus, but we're equally interested in people from other consumer and e-commerce brands.
