We are so excited to be working with a fast-growing community and media brand built around a high-profile founder, helping ambitious entrepreneurs scale their businesses. With content flowing constantly from live sessions, podcasts and the founder's own voice, our client needs someone to turn that raw material into a social presence that matches the brand's ambition.
The Role
Take ownership of the brand's social media and shape it into something on the scale of the biggest names in the online business space. The founder already has a significant community and creates valuable content every week. What's needed is someone who can immerse themselves in that world, pull the best of it out, and build a content engine that runs without being chased.
You'll interview the founder, research topics, prep them for filming, plan content days and come up with concepts before anyone asks. You'll know the brand and the founder's voice so well that everything you create genuinely sounds like it came from them. There's scope to grow into a wider content marketing role over time, including copywriting and other assets.
This is a completely results driven role. Visibility and engagement matter, but they're a means to an end, not the goal itself. This person needs to be thinking about lead generation and revenue, with a genuine grasp of digital marketing and funnels, not just social media. We're also looking for someone switched on with AI, building and training agents to handle repeatable tasks like carousel design or repurposing podcast content, freeing you up for high level strategic thinking.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
