We’re looking for a creative, commercially minded Social Media Manager to elevate the digital presence of a premium brand within the luxury hospitality, lifestyle or high-end consumer space.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands the art of storytelling, has a strong eye for aesthetics and knows how to translate a brand’s identity into compelling digital content that captures attention, builds community and drives engagement.
From developing standout social media strategies to creating beautiful, thumb-stopping content, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how the brand is seen, felt and experienced online.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of the social media and content creation strategy, bringing fresh ideas, creative direction and a refined visual sensibility to every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and delivering a social media strategy aligned with brand positioning, audience growth and commercial objectives.
- Creating high-quality, engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Planning, shooting and editing photography, video and short-form content, including Reels and TikToks.
- Managing the content calendar, ensuring a consistent, considered and aspirational brand presence.
- Identifying social trends, cultural moments and creative opportunities that feel relevant to a premium audience.
- Collaborating with internal teams, influencers, creators and external partners to bring campaigns and brand stories to life.
- Managing community engagement and developing meaningful relationships with audiences.
- Monitoring performance, analysing insights and using data to optimise content and social strategy.
- Protecting and elevating the brand’s visual identity, tone of voice and overall digital experience.

About You
You’re a natural storyteller with a creative eye, a strong understanding of premium brand positioning and a genuine passion for social media.
- You understand that luxury and premium marketing is about more than beautiful imagery; it’s about creating a feeling, building desire and connecting with the right audience.
- You’ll bring:
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation, ideally within luxury wellness, hospitality, lifestyle, beauty or another premium brand environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create elevated, engaging and platform-first content.
- Excellent photography, videography and editing skills, with confidence producing content independently.
- A strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and the evolving social media landscape.
- A sharp eye for detail, visual storytelling, brand consistency and creative execution.
- The ability to balance creative ambition with commercial awareness and measurable results.
- Confidence managing multiple projects, working collaboratively and taking ownership from concept through to delivery.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to turn ideas into exceptional content.
