Job Overview

Ignite your passion for digital storytelling and brand engagement as a Social Media Manager! In this dynamic role, you will craft compelling content, develop innovative social media strategies, and foster vibrant online communities that elevate our brand presence across multiple platforms. Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content tailored for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Analyze performance metrics using social media management tools to optimize content strategies and report on campaign success.
  • Collaborate with marketing, PR, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels.
  • Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep our social presence innovative and competitive.

Experience

  • Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with a track record of growing online communities.
  • Strong understanding of public relations principles to maintain a positive brand image online.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging posts that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools.
  • Ability to analyze data insights and adjust strategies accordingly for maximum impact.
  • Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on major social platforms is preferred.
  • Knowledge of current trends in social media technology and best practices for content creation.
  • Own your own camera and equipment.
  • This role will require occasionally attending match days and events. We are based at Horspath Sports Ground in Oxford.
