Social Media Manager

Company: Yamabahce

Location: London — on site, with some flexibility

Contract: Full-time — 45 hours per week

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum, depending on experience

Start date: [Date / ASAP]

About us

Yamabahce is a Turkish restaurant and bar in London. We're known for our lokanta-style cooking, pide and lahmacun, and we're investing in how we present ourselves online — which makes this a good moment to join.

The role

We're looking for a Social Media Manager to own how Yamabahce shows up online. This isn't a desk-only job: you'll be in the restaurant, shooting content in the kitchen and on the floor, capturing the food and the atmosphere as they actually are. You'll set the content plan, run our channels day to day, and lead the social campaign for our new site opening.

You'll work closely with our General Manager, founder and directors, so comfort in a busy hospitality environment matters as much as creative skill.

What you'll do

Content creation

  • Plan, shoot and edit photo and video content on site — dishes, drinks, kitchen prep, front of house, events
  • Build and maintain a content calendar that reflects seasonal menu changes and key trading periods
  • Keep a usable content library so we're never scrambling for assets

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
