Are you a creative and commercially minded Social Media Manager looking to take ownership of exciting brands and build highly engaged online communities?
Our client, a growing business within the events and media space, is looking for a Social Media Manager to lead its social strategy, drive brand awareness and deliver engaging content across multiple platforms.
💼 The Role
As Social Media Manager, you'll take ownership of the social media strategy across a portfolio of brands, creating engaging content, growing online communities and driving commercial performance.
You'll work closely with creative, marketing and commercial teams to deliver impactful campaigns, build brand partnerships and maximise engagement across all social channels.
🔍 What You'll Be Doing
- Developing and delivering social media strategies across multiple brands
- Creating and managing engaging content calendars across key social platforms
- Growing and retaining online communities, increasing brand awareness and engagement
- Identifying emerging trends and opportunities to create engaging, relevant content
- Collaborating with design, marketing and editorial teams to deliver creative campaigns
- Building relationships with partners and leveraging social channels to support events and commercial opportunities
- Monitoring social media performance, analysing KPIs and using insights to optimise strategy
- Driving commercial opportunities and revenue through social media activity

🎯 What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Proven experience managing social media strategies across multiple platforms
- Strong creative skills with the ability to develop engaging content ideas
- Excellent copywriting, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience growing online communities and increasing brand engagement
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn performance data into actionable insights
- A commercially driven mindset with an understanding of how social media supports revenue growth
- Experience working collaboratively with creative, marketing and commercial teams
- Experience using HubSpot would be advantageous
