About the Role:

Maison Sport is looking for a creative Social Media Manager with 5+ years of experience in content marketing to manage our social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and beyond. You'll work across our three brands including Maison Sport, Supreme Ski School and Andorra Resorts, each with its own audience and voice. This is a full time, remote role for someone who lives and breathes both content creation and ski culture.

You'll own day to day content management: planning and running shoots on the mountain, publishing across channels and building a passionate community of skiers.

What You'll Do:

Content Planning

  • Own and run the content calendar across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
  • Keep tone of voice and visual identity distinct and consistent for each brand.
  • Spot emerging trends, platform changes and cultural moments, and turn them around quickly into content that lands.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
