Social Media Manager for Haden
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager for iconic British homeware brand, Haden.
This is a hands-on role for a social-first creative who knows what makes people stop scrolling. Someone who is plugged into what’s happening across food, interiors, home and lifestyle, understands how platforms are evolving, and can turn trends, cultural moments and everyday inspiration into content that feels unmistakably Haden.
You’ll own the social strategy and day-to-day management across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest - from coming up with on brand concepts to getting behind the camera, editing the content, writing the caption and analysing how it performed.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Own Haden’s social strategy and channels, developing a clear and ambitious content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest.
- Create standout social content from end to end - concepting, shooting and editing everything from reactive/trending formats to original, ownable content series.
- Stay ahead of social, food and homeware trends, identifying opportunities and quickly translating them into relevant, aspirational and on-brand content.
- Own the day-to-day running of the channels, including scheduling, captions, tagging and publishing.
- Proactively grow Haden’s social presence, building an engaged community through thoughtful, first-class community management and strategic engagement with relevant audiences.
- Develop and manage UGC gifting and outreach, building a consistent pipeline of authentic creator content.
- Lead influencer strategy and relationships, including identifying creators, paid collaborations, briefing, product send-outs and campaign management.
- Track and analyse performance, producing monthly reporting that goes beyond the numbers to identify clear learnings, opportunities and actions for the wider business.
- Constantly look for ways to push Haden’s channels further, testing new formats, ideas and approaches to increase reach, engagement and brand relevance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The role
This is an opportunity to have real ownership of a growing brand’s social presence and play a key role in shaping how Haden shows up online.
We’re open to making this a fractional role, depending on the right person. The role will require 2-3 days per week in our Perivale office, with flexibility around the remaining time.
