Known for thriving in fast-paced environments, our team consistently pushes the boundaries of creativity and content production.

Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Social Media Manager with a strong background in sport or motorsport to deliver best-in-class social media across global brands. This role is ideal for someone who is both strategic and hands-on, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands the nuances of sports content, fan engagement, and live event coverage.

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day social activity across multiple client accounts, supporting strategy execution, and working closely with internal teams to deliver standout content and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Support: Support the development and implementation of social media strategies aligned with client goals and campaign objectives.
  • Content Creation & Ideation: Contribute to content ideas and briefs, ensuring creative, platform-first thinking across all outputs as well as edit images and videos in Adobe/TikTok/IG.
  • Campaign Delivery: Execute social campaigns around key moments such as race weekends, sponsorship activations, and live events.
  • Client Management: Act as a key point of contact for clients on social media deliverables, ensuring clear communication and high-quality execution.
  • Performance & Reporting: Monitor social performance, produce regular reports, and provide insights to improve engagement and results.
  • Platform & Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices, applying these to client work.
  • Community Management: Support audience engagement, including responding to comments, messages, and reactive content opportunities, particularly during live sporting moments.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with creative, content, and production teams to deliver cohesive and impactful social content.
  • Paid Social Coordination: Collaborate with the clients paid media teams to ensure alignment between organic and paid strategies.
  • Talent Management: Some of our clients work with talent and influencers and you will need to support ideations, briefing and general production support.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
