Social Media Manager

Job Title: Social Media Manager
Salary: £45,000–£70,000 (range is dependent on experience)
Location: London | Hybrid (3 days in office)

If you know what makes people stop scrolling, watch to the end and hit share, this could be the opportunity for you. You’ll join an ambitious, science-led consumer supplements business where social plays a central role in educating audiences, building trust and driving growth. You’ll have real ownership across TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn, with a particular focus on short-form video and founder-led content. This is a hands-on position where you’ll move from idea to execution yourself, with plenty of scope to experiment, learn quickly and shape how the brand shows up online.

The Social Media Manager will own the day-to-day social strategy and content creation across TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn, turning expertise, trends and audience insight into engaging content that delivers measurable business impact.

Role Highlights

  • Own the social strategy and content calendar, tailoring content to the strengths of each platform.
  • Develop concepts, scripts, videos, captions, graphics and carousels from idea through to publication.
  • Build founder-led content by confidently directing experts on camera and translating complex subjects into accessible stories.
  • Monitor conversations, cultural trends and community behaviour to uncover new content opportunities.
  • Use performance data to improve engagement, awareness, traffic, customer acquisition and community growth.

You Will Need

  • Proven social media experience within a consumer brand, creator, founder-led business or agency, with strong TikTok and Instagram expertise.
  • Experience in D2C healthcare, supplements, wellness products advantageous
  • Confidence filming and editing independently using tools such as Canva, CapCut or similar.
