We’re Looking for a Social Media Superstar! If you’re a fun, self-motivated and energetic person who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and loves working across a brilliantly varied range of brands, then we could have the perfect job for you.
About us Hatton is like no other company and that’s exactly what makes working here so much fun. We’re not a business where you’ll spend every day creating the same type of content for the same audience. One minute you could be filming guinea pigs, reptiles or a foam party at Hatton Adventure World, the next promoting a new menu at Hatton Arms, creating content for our Escape Rooms or working on something completely different for one of the other businesses across the Hatton Estate.
There’s always something going on, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys variety, is keen to learn and is happy to get stuck in. You’ll be joining a small, friendly team, so being easy to get on with, self-motivated and a genuine team player is just as important to us as having great social media skills.
You’ll need to be creative, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and confident enough to spot an opportunity and run with it.

What You'll Be Doing
- Managing our accounts and creating engaging content across all our platforms. Both within imagery and creating long and short form video content
- Managing and optimising Meta and TikTok paid advertising
- Using AI to help you efficiently bring your thoughts for content creation, planning and social media analytics together effectively
- Monitoring results, engagement, growth and paid campaign performance
- Help the wider marketing team on all aspects of marketing from mailers, blog writing to influencer strategy
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience or strong conceptional understanding of managing social media accounts and paid social campaign structures
- Strong content creation and video editing skills
- Excellent practical knowledge of how to use AI tools to assist you with social media, content creation, and analytics
- Good overall marketing knowledge with strong copywriting and communication skills
- A proactive, creative personality, we want someone who spots opportunities and trends rather than waits to be told what to post. Self-motivating with a good understanding of what makes people stop scrolling and engage
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle due to our rural location
- A degree in social media marketing, marketing, media or a related subject would be great, but experience and proven ability are more important to us.

The Important Bits
- This is a full-time, office-based role at Hatton, Warwickshire. Joining a small, friendly team.
- You'll need some flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends, particularly around events and busy periods.
