Social Media Manager

Social doesn't divide neatly into paid and organic. Neither does this role. BIG Partnership is hiring a Social Media Manager to run organic content and paid campaigns for clients including Aldi, the SPFL Trust and DNV.

It's hands-on. You'll plan, write and make content people want to watch, run communities, build and adjust paid campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, and be the day-to-day contact for your clients.

You'll work alongside other digital specialists, and every day with colleagues in PR, public affairs, creative and strategy. The people who run BIG still work on clients.

What we need to see

  • Three or more years in social media, agency or in-house.
  • Paid campaigns you built and ran in Meta Ads Manager, with real budgets, not just boosted posts.
  • Copy that sounds like the brand, in more than one client voice.
  • Short-form video you filmed and edited.
  • Good judgement on communities and trends.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
