Our team at Nueva Creative Agency is growing, and we're looking for a creative, organised and proactive Social Media Manager to join us.

This is a part-time hybrid role based between our office on Canvey Island and home, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position for the right person.

Requirements:

  • Planning and assisting with content creation on client shoots
  • Creating and managing monthly content calendars across multiple client accounts
  • Writing engaging, on-brand copy for a variety of industries
  • Researching trends and identifying new content opportunities
  • Scheduling content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Managing online communities by responding to comments and messages
  • Monitoring performance across platforms and optimising content based on insights
  • Preparing monthly reports and presenting key findings
  • Collaborating with the creative team to develop engaging campaigns
  • Ensuring all content aligns with each client's brand and marketing objective

Looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies
  • Has great copywriting and communication skills
  • Has a strong eye for creativity, branding and design
  • Is confident using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign preferred)
  • Has experience with basic video editing (Premiere Pro or CapCut)
  • Understands platform trends and best practices across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn
  • Is highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Can work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team
  • Is proactive, forward-thinking and enjoys bringing new ideas to the table

What you'll need:

  • To be based in Essex or the surrounding areas
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Availability to work 2–3 days per week in a hybrid/office environment
