We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join Positively Languages formally Kaplan Languages Group (KLG).
We're looking for a Social Media strategic marketer who understands that brands don't grow through advertising alone, they grow through communities, creators, partnerships, and authentic conversations.
You'll shape how our brands are discovered, experienced, and talked about across social media, creator communities, and strategic partnerships. On influencer, you build a year-round program that brings creators to our schools to tell authentic stories. On partnerships, you grow a network of affiliates and brand partners that extend our reach.
You’re also the team’s eyes and ears in local markets — identifying PR opportunities, supporting regional fairs, and ensuring global campaigns land effectively. As a French speaker, you play a key role in quality-checking non-English marketing content alongside your assistant.
Positively Languages launches as a new brand in November, and you’ll be building our social presence and creator network from day one.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
