Social Media Manager - 12-Month FTC (Maternity Cover) Hybrid | London

Start Required by November 2026 (Latest)

We're working with an award-winning creative agency to appoint a Social Media Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will be working with a very well-known coffee brand (probably grab a morning coffee from them!) to lead the social media, bring together strategy, content creation, community management, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand and manage social content strategies and calendars.
  • Create and execute engaging social content across key platforms.
  • Lead community management and audience engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams to optimise content performance.
  • Monitor trends, identify growth opportunities, and react to cultural moments.
  • Analyse performance data and provide actionable recommendations.

Essential Skills:

  • Be available by November – this is key as it is a maternity cover.
  • Proven experience in a creative Social Media environment.
  • Excellent content creation, copywriting, and communication skills.
  • Experience using social and analytics tools such as Sprout Social or similar.
  • Commercially minded, highly organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Open to industry backgrounds – if coming from agency, we are looking for someone working on 1 individual account, or client focused – somewhere fast paced where you are both a strategic and executional social marketer.
