It could be the start of something, well, extraordinary.

As our Social Media Manager, you’ll:

  • Bring our social channels to life, telling GWI’s story in ways that are vibrant, insightful, and bold. By crafting a distinctive voice that GWI becomes known for, you’ll ensure our content delivers genuine value, drives thought leadership, and stands out across industries. From high-level brand positioning to everyday engagement, you’ll make GWI’s channels places people want to follow, interact with, and share.
  • A critical part of this role will be positioning GWI at the forefront of AI-powered insights in an increasingly agent-driven world, ensuring our brand voice resonates across industries and audiences.

  • Oversee content production, publishing, and channel optimization.
  • Champion creative storytelling approaches that make our channels dynamic, bold, and memorable.
  • Manage the upload and amplification of GWI’s video output.
  • Use tools, including AI tools, to produce “always-on” content, as well as working with our Video Editor on higher-level production of content.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
